Terms of service

These terms cover purchases and text messages from David A. Little, Inc., a Florida corporation (“we”, “us”). Our websites and products can have their own terms too.

Prices and what you get

The price, the billing interval and what you get are shown on the page where you buy, before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically

A monthly or annual subscription renews at the interval and price shown at checkout and keeps renewing until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, online, with no need to contact us, through the manage-subscription link in your Stripe receipt or renewal email or our billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for. For annual plans we ask Stripe to email you about 30 days before renewal.

Refunds and problems

Any refund terms are shown on the page where you buy or in that product’s own terms. If something goes wrong with an order, contact us first and we will try to fix it.

Text message (SMS) terms

Program: David A. Little, Inc. listing messages. We send updates about your business listing on our directory websites, verification of your listing, and offers about your listing, only to people who opted in on our claim-listing or add-listing forms.

Consent is optional. It is not a condition of any purchase or listing. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation message and then no more. Help: reply HELP or email hello@contractorsestimates.com.

Carriers and mobile providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. See our privacy policy.

If terms differ

If a product’s own terms say something different about that product, such as shipping or returns, the product’s terms apply to that product. These terms apply to everything else.

No warranty and limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our services are provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute goes to the courts of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
