Privacy policy

This policy covers purchases, billing, form submissions and text messages handled by David A. Little, Inc., a Florida corporation (“we”, “us”). Each website we run also has its own privacy policy for what happens on that site.

What we collect

When you buy, we receive your name, email, billing and shipping address if the checkout asks for one, what you bought and the amount. Stripe collects your card details directly; we never receive or store your card number. When you fill in a form on one of our sites we receive what you type, such as your name, business name, email, phone number and listing details. If you opt in to texts, we keep a record of your consent, including your phone number, the time and the form you used.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, send receipts and renewal notices, run and verify your listing, answer you, keep records and meet legal duties. We use your phone number to send the text messages you opted in to.

Text messages

We text only people who opted in. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run these services: Stripe, Inc. (payments and billing emails), HighLevel Inc. (the customer-relationship and messaging system where we keep contact and order records), and our web hosts. They may use the information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell the personal information collected through these purchases and forms.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your order or listing, our accounting and tax records, consent records and legal duties.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can stop marketing email with the unsubscribe link in any message. Write to the contact below.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
